In honour of the Funtime Doll, here is an ID page showing all* the body types, outfits and ID
markings. (I have only included the dolls that were actually called
"Funtimes")
The Funtime Doll was
a budget doll and therefore seems to suffer from inconsistencies, often known as
"Friday Dolls" it has come to light that they can vary in hair colour and style,
shoe design and colour, body markings and body types making it hard for
collectors to know exactly what they have!!
*The ID's below are
based on the dolls and information I have.

From 1976
Pedigree made all Funtime dolls with the "Basic Body" which consisted of a
"pop off" head, twisting waist, flexible arms and "click-click" legs |

Here are
some more hair colour variations,
Brunette
and a copper titian/strawberry blonde and blonde!

I am not sure about the
blonde doll, I know she was sold in 1976 but wearing a wedding dress and
hat, in fact this was the first ever Sindy actually sold in Bridal wear.
There is no mistaking the Funtime short hair though, so I have shown her
here in the Funtime dress, whether she was ever sold in it still remains
a mystery! |

| Note:
I have seen boxed Funtime's with pigtails, therefore I have used them to
model here, please note that the above are not necessarily the right
hairstyles for the year. The dolls and outfits, are the correct
specification. |
